About Us
The American Cave Conservation Association (ACCA) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the protection of caves, karstlands and groundwater. Our Federal Tax ID #54-1173405. Memberships and donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
This privacy policy applies to all information received by ACCA, both online and offline and includes our websites as well as social media sites, and electronic, written and oral communications.
We do not sell or trade donor names or personal information with other entities. We may send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations for specific issues that pertain to cave conservation, or events such as National Cave Management Symposia that further our conservation and education mission.

ACCA may collect personal information provided including name(s), addresses, telephone and/or facsimile number(s), email addresses and billing information. This information is solely for internal use.

Our website reservations are handled through PeekPro Secure Booking Software.
Website Contact Forms
Our website contact forms collect names, email addresses and messages. This information is provided by the website user and is utilized to respond to inquiries.
Memberships And Donations
We take precautions to protect your information. We collect credit card or bank account information, name(s), addresses, telephone number(s), email(s) and other data related to your transaction when you make a payment through our website. We use this information to process your payment and create or update your donor profile.
By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the account provided for the amount specified in the Transaction Amount field. Account information for Recurring Pledges/Monthly Giving is encrypted and stored securely via SafeSave™ for automatic processing of your future payments. You may notify us at any time if you wish to discontinue your pledge by emailing membership@caveconservation.com.
How ACCA Uses Personal Information Collected Online And Offline
We use personal information only for the purpose for which it is submitted, such as to reply to messages, handle member and donor correspondence, and to alert you to cave conservation news, action items and special events or programs.

Computer Tracking and Cookies
Our websites are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors.
